🌊 Event Overview

The "2024 Underwater Unmanned Systems Challenge (Hong Kong-Macau Selection)" was the inaugural selection event in Hong Kong and Macau, organised by HKSPSF in response to the call from the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the Chinese Society of Oceanography, and commissioned by the national competition committee.

Centred on underwater unmanned systems, the competition aimed to inspire young people's interest in marine technology, teach scientific methods, build systems thinking, convey the spirit of scientists, and discover and cultivate future innovators in unmanned systems and smart ocean technology.

After intense competition, outstanding teams representing Hong Kong and Macau were selected to advance to the 2024 National Youth Information Literacy Competition — Underwater Unmanned Systems Challenge, showcasing the innovative talents and competitive spirit of HK-Macau youth on the national stage.
