Recently, the Hong Kong Science Popularization and Science Fiction Academy (HKSPSF) conducted in-depth friendly exchanges with the Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovation and the Beijing-Hong Kong Academic Exchange Centre for the first time. In this exchange, the three parties jointly explored the development direction of science popularization education and science fiction activities in Hong Kong.

Xu Haishan, Director and Deputy Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovation and President of the Beijing-Hong Kong Academic Exchange Centre, shared the resource advantages of Hong Kong's scientific and technological achievement transformation and put forward his own views on how to promote science popularization and science fiction education in Hong Kong. He looked forward to deep linkage with science popularization and science fiction resources in Beijing, Hong Kong, and Macao through the dual platforms of the Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovation and the Beijing-Hong Kong Academic Exchange Centre, injecting new science fiction and science popularization content into Hong Kong, and providing support for promoting Hong Kong's science popularization education and appropriate economic diversification.

Yang Yawen, Secretary of the Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovation, introduced in detail the background of the establishment of the Alliance and its key projects. These projects include the A+ Science and Technology Innovation Popularization Plan, Ten Thousand People Science Popularization into Campus, Lighting up the Science and Technology Dream Series Activities, and the BOC Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Prize. Among them, the "BOC Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Prize" is a public welfare award hosted by the Hong Kong Alliance of Technology and Innovation and title-sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. It aims to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in Hong Kong and reward individuals and teams who mainly conduct scientific and technological innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hong Kong and have made outstanding achievements.

The founder and director of the Hong Kong Science Popularization and Science Fiction Academy (HKSPSF) shared the center's work plan, including a series of activities closely revolving around the center's main theme, disseminating scientific knowledge, promoting science fiction culture, and promoting the popularization and development of science education to Hong Kong teenagers and young people. Such as science and technology competitions, science popularization and science fiction education lectures, and science popularization and science fiction exhibitions, guiding teenagers and young people to deeply understand science and science fiction, thereby stimulating their interest in science and improving scientific literacy.
