
The "Splendid China, Meet in Hong Kong" 1st Mainland-Hong Kong Youth Chinese Style Competition is guided by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the Education Bureau of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers, and other units. It is hosted by Hong Kong Ruisipai Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Ruilai Education Management Co., Ltd., and has received strong support from units including Sing Tao News Corporation, the China Art Vocational Education Society, the Hong Kong Putonghua Professional Association, the Hong Kong Award for Young People, the Hong Kong Tongxin General Association, the Hong Kong Quality And Talent Migrants Association, Phoenix Show, Hong Kong V, and Gangpiaoquan.
The competition aims to promote cultural and educational exchanges between young people in the mainland and Hong Kong, foster the recovery of the cultural and tourism industries in the mainland and Hong Kong, enhance Hong Kong youth's understanding of the motherland, cultivate patriotism, and promote the use of Putonghua in Hong Kong. Characterized by a combination of online + offline schedules and competition + study tours, it has gathered participation from nearly 50 cities across the country and tens of thousands of families.
The launch of the 1st Mainland-Hong Kong Youth Chinese Style Competition will become a bridge connecting the mainland and Hong Kong, allowing children to transform into little tour guides and speak for their hometowns, their places of residence, their favorite tourist attractions, cultural landscapes, unique folk customs, characteristic food, and culture.
