2023年4月，香港科普科幻教育中心[HKSPSF]正式成立。本中心是一間非牟利及稅務條例第 88 條認可的慈善機構，以提升青少年和社會公眾的科學素養、科技創新精神 和科學文化意識為宗旨，以推廣科學知識和科幻文化為主要任務，以促進科學教育的普及和發展為目標。中心為教師、學生和社會公眾提供多樣化的課程、活動、競賽、展覽、交流等服務，強化科學知識的傳播和科幻文化的推廣，培養人們的科學思維和科學素養，促進科學與文化的融合和發展。中心將積極參與國際科學教育和文化交流活動，促進科學與文化的全球化發展，讓更多人分享科學的美好和科幻的魅力。
In April 2023, the Hong Kong Science Popularization and Science Fiction Academy [HKSPSF] was officially established. The center is a non-profit organization and a charitable institution recognized under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Its mission is to enhance the scientific literacy, technological innovation spirit, and scientific and cultural awareness of youth and the general public. The main tasks are to promote scientific knowledge and science fiction culture, with the goal of promoting the popularization and development of science education.
The center provides diverse courses, activities, competitions, exhibitions, exchanges, and other services for teachers, students, and the general public. It strengthens the dissemination of scientific knowledge and the promotion of science fiction culture, cultivating people’s scientific thinking and scientific literacy, and promoting the integration and development of science and culture.
The center will actively participate in international science education and cultural exchange activities, promoting the globalization of science and culture, and allowing more people to share the beauty of science and the charm of science fiction.

推廣香港與內地的科普科幻教育交流活動，讓科技創新、科學普及成為香港創新發展的兩翼。
The Hong Kong Science Popularization and Science Fiction Academy aims to provide a learning and exchange platform for Hong Kong youth and the general public to popularize scientific knowledge and create science fiction works. The purpose is to enhance Hong Kong society’s innovation, creativity, and imagination in science and technology, science fiction literature, film and television, and related technologies.
The academy promotes science popularization and science fiction education exchange activities between Hong Kong and the Mainland, allowing technological innovation and science popularization to become the two wings of Hong Kong’s innovative development.
